No Olvidado: Cove Series

The Cove Series was created while I was in a residency at the Long Beach Island Foundation. With almost immediate access to the beach I was able to create multiple installations in a variety of locations based on wind, tides and temperature. The Cove Series references a search for sanctuary and safety from the elements. The copy stenciled onto the sculptures is Spanish for not forgotten.
